Discovery Call

Let's take 20 minutes together to get your questions answered and discuss your health concerns and how homeopathy may be able to help. I am happy to explain more about how homeopathy works and what to expect in the process.

Analysis of your Case
I consider all of your current concerns and past history and family history to analyze your case as an integrated whole, rather than isolated pieces and parts. I look at how you experience your illness - noticing what is unique and characteristic in the way your body responds to stress.
I match the unique pattern or picture of your symptoms to a homeopathic remedy that displays a similar pattern.

Check-In
About 2 weeks after starting your remedy, we will have a check-in by email and evaluate the initial response to the remedy. We can tweak the dose and frequency of the remedy as needed.

Initial Consult
We'll spend 1.5-2 hours together, where my job is to listen to your health story. You will have plenty of time to explain in detail the nature of your symptoms.
We'll go through your entire health history and timeline, as well as all of the details of your current concerns. No symptom is too small!

Remedy Recommendation
I make a personalized remedy recommendation for you after considering your symptoms, history, vitality and lifestyle. I send you the details about where to source and how to take the remedy.

Follow-up Appointment
3-4 weeks after starting your remedy, we will have a follow-up appointment and review in detail any changes you have noticed. I will then evaluate your response to the remedy and adjust the recommendation. We will repeat steps 3-6 and make adjustments to the remedy and dosage as needed.
As symptoms resolve, follow-ups are needed less frequently.
